I have been training via the app with the excellent support from Alex for about 2 months now. The exercises are set out easy with little videos to show you how to do them.

The app also lets you monitor your progress, including the last time you training so that you can try and beat your weight lifted.

So far I have dropped 10 cm from my waist whilst gaining on my my arms, chest and legs. The support from Alex is awesome and he is always available to give help and advice when needed.

Overall I would say don’t think about it, if you want to loose some size and generally feel better about yourself get in touch.

I started 1-1 training sessions with Alex in February and I couldn’t be happier with my results. Each session was perfectly planned out to suit my fitness goals and with the help of Alex, I was able to perfect my form during every exercise.
